THE EX PROGRAM WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO EMAIL AN ELIGIBILITY FILE. ALL ELIGIBILITY FILES MUST BE RECEIVED VIA OUR SECURE SITE.
Once your eligibility file is built and ready to send, it will need to be uploaded to the EX Program secure site.
During implementation, you provided one contact to have access to a secure site to send us your eligibility file. The designated contact should navigate to: files.theexprogram.com
From here, they will be able to navigate to their folder that is labeled with your organization's name. Simply upload the eligibility. Once successfully uploaded, the EX Program will automatically process this file.
